When do you need a new computer monitor? Sometimes when I go to my computer it flickers on and off. I could turn off my computer and it doesn't do anything. So, I just tapped it on the side..."gently" and it stopped. So...does this mean I will be needing to buy a new monitor?? Wondering....

welIl I guess you are talking about a desktop not laptop. How long have you had it? If you are like me you will continue to tap it or shake it until that no longer works. I don't think a monitor for a desktop by itself is too bad money wise. It may work for a while though but yeah its going out. I am assuming you have checked the cords and they are in good. mfrancis

KC< I have a wide one. They are nice once you get used to them.

I hope you can find one that's not too expensive. :fingerscrossed:
This too shall pass.
