Welcome to the DepressionBoards Wiki.

These pages are intended as a resource for all our Forum members.

In the broadest sense, this wiki is intended as not just a source of accurate, summarised information on mental health and its related pharmecuticals, but also as a disambiguation resource. There is no current database that combines information about mental health pharmecuticals across all governments and nations.

To use the WikiDB as a source of information

Either use the table of contents to the left to browse to your area of interest, or search for the information you are interested in by using the search box, also on the left.

You may be searching for information on pharmecuticals. Please note that all prescription medication (and most non-prescription) medication is listed under the generic name, which is sometimes (but not always) the chemical name of the medication. This is often different to the brand name of the medication, which often varies from country to country. The easiest way to search for information on your medication of interest is to look at the packaging on your medication. The "active ingredient" or "content" of the medication is what you want to search for. We are eventually aiming to have all variations of drug names and chemical names direct you to the correct page for your medication.
